The little disc shows if you have the right to save in the folder you are in. Keep in mind that it does not show up until you come to a level where all identifying characteristics are selected.

For folders in which documents already saved a to disk up. This in order for you to be able to bring up a search result before you save or update the document. Click on the floppy disk and you can start saving documents.

Tick “show my empty folders” so you can see all the folders where you can save your documents.

To add or remove a column, select just the name on the title and then on one of the arrows.

You can also determine the order in which the columns will visit. Select the heading, and use the buttons “Up” or “Down”. At the top of the list means that the column ends up on the far left. Note, however, that the video name is not allowed to move or delete.

You can make different settings in different lists. For documents, you may want to have other settings than for the package. Or do you think that the date when the document is saved is unnecessary information in New since last.

Of course, the settings remain the next time you log on to Apricon!
