Now has Picnic received a hefty vitamin kick. In June, we released a new version of Picnic which is faster and easier. Now you can save directly from the document tree, and you can drag and drop multiple files at a time.

Picnic is designed with simplicity of focus and get the Working Group to quickly get started. By collecting all the documents in a Web-based document management system wins the project many benefits for all participants. For example:

  • All have access to the same documents at the same time
  • Do not have to keep track of all files and versions in their own IT environment
  • Do not have to worry about whether they have sent the file to all who needed it
  • Do not have to hassle with large files that cannot be sent by e-mail
  • Can come in late in a project without lacking any documents

The business model for the Picnic is based on tokens equal to 500 MB in a month. If the project needs more disk space you simply buy more tokens. No matter how big or small your project is, you pay for the amount of data you need. You can also invite a free number of users to your project.
