We have recently introduced a change in terms of the published package that displays the latest version of the document. You can now change the current contents of these packages, which simplifies and streamlines a lot. Packages and publishes a number of documents that you want to make available outside your Apricon project, you can if you want to add or delete documents in the package. This beats immediately through for those you have given access to the documents (via the link to the published package).
We see that this is used when the project would rather not invite someone only to be allowed to see a few documents, then it is instead easier to remove the selected document to the person.
Or why not published construction packages which are continuously replenished as documents become clear?
Published package that displays a specific version of the document, as FU-package, does not, however, work in this way. For example they can not be updated/changed as easy.
